Life IS too short
To be sitting around looking at how miserable and horrible your life is. I think that’s what separates me from other people the most. Is my new found ability to just let things go. Where as a lot of other people cling to everything that goes wrong. Yeah, we all have shit. Every body has a problem. And no matter how big the world makes it seem, it’s big in their world. Sometimes, you just have to love the simple things in life. You’re alive. You’re educated. You’re healthy. You have someone, at least one person, in your life that loves you to death. Those things by themselves should be enough to see all the wonder and beauty in the world. Yeah some days the world can get the best of you. This is true. I’ll admit, I have my days where the world and everyone in it can fuck off. But when I lay down at night, I think about what I have and how lucky I am to have those things and how that rough day has made me that much more wiser. I fall asleep happy. That’s the way it should be. Focus on whats keeping you together. Not what’s tearing you apart.
